How to make chocolate truffles with milk at home- Today
I want to share an easy way to make chocolate truffles without cream.
I
am cutting a 1 liter milk carton to use as a mould.
Prepare
by laying the cut baking paper inside the milk carton.
I
used milk chocolate (150g) and dark chocolate (150g) together, but you can use
one type of chocolate you like.
90
ml whole milk Boil the milk.
When
the edges start to boil, remove it from the heat.
Pour
hot milk over the chocolate.
Let
it sit for a while to allow the chocolate to melt.
Melt
the chocolate completely.
Add
soft 40 g unsalted butter and thoroughly emulsify.
Stir
to avoid getting air in as much as possible.
Our
ganache is ready.
Pour
the ganache into the prepared mould.
Tap
a few times on the table to remove bubbles.
Cover
with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 3 hours.
I
frozen it for about 4 hours.
I
marked 4X8 pieces (32 pieces) and then cut them.
This
will give you truffles of similar weight.
I
set aside some for the six-sided truffle.
And
the rest were made in the shape of a ball.
Chill
in the refrigerator while preparing the chocolate for coating.
Decoration
ideas Cocoa powder It can be simply coated with cocoa powder.
I
prepared tempered dark chocolate and milk chocolate.
If
you are not familiar with the tempering of chocolate, you can use compound
chocolate.
Get
rid of enough extra chocolate.
Top
it with nuts, dried fruit, coffee beans, etc.
before
the chocolate hardens.
Gently
tap the fork several times and drop the extra chocolate.
After
coating them all, let it harden completely in the refrigerator.
I
only partially coated the truffle coated with milk chocolate with dark
chocolate, making half and half chocolate.
Put
chocolate in a small piping bag and freely draw any pattern you want.
Finish
off by neatly cutting the remaining chocolate from the bottom with a small
knife.
You
can put truffles in a small box and present them to friends, lover, and family.
You
can make soft and delicious chocolate truffles without cream.
Chocolate
truffles are sensitive to temperature, so be sure to store them in the
refrigerator! Thank you for Viewing.
